Bob Silco, founder of Quickfilter Technologies and serves as co-CEO of Quickfilter.
James M. Kenny, cofounder of Quickfilter Technologies, is currently a managing partner of Voltron Ventures and has been involved in private equity ventures and investments for the last ten years. He previously served as vice president of Signature Capital where he was involved in the formation of several start up companies, including Additech, Acoustic Technologies, NetNumber and VIRxSYS. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Vidacare and is an advisor to several high tech companies including PFN Technologies and Scientia. He has the degrees of BA and MBA from Georgetown University and currently serves on the Board of Regents at Georgetown University..
Dr. Ed Staiano is the Chairman and CEO of Sorrento Investment Group focusing on start up ventures in the Internet and Telecommunications areas. Dr. Staiano is a member of the Board of Trustees of Bucknell University, a Director of Apriva LLC and a member of the Board of Acoustic Technologies. Prior to starting his own investment company, Dr. Staiano was the Chairman and CEO of Iridium World Communications Limited (IWCL), following a 23year career with Motorola. Dr. Staiano earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Bucknell University. He holds a Ph.D in mechanical engineering from the University of New Mexico. He is a Graduate of Stanford University’s Institute of Rocket Propulsion and Harvard Universitiy’s Institution for Educational Management.
Tas Parafestas is Managing Member of Spinnaker Capital LLC located in Boston, Massachusetts. Spinnaker Capital makes private investments for a number of high net worth entrepreneurs and their families.
